What is sand candle wax?
Sand candle wax is a fine-grain wax that can be poured into a heat-safe container to create a candle without melting wax first.

Do I need to melt the wax?
No. Simply pour the sand wax into a heat-safe container, insert the wick, and light.

Are wicks included?
Yes. Bulk wax orders include wicks. Additional wick packs are also available.

What containers can I use?
Use heat-resistant containers such as glass or ceramic. Do not use plastic or flammable containers.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time varies by shipping method and destination.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping may be available at checkout.

Will the color look exactly the same in person?
Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, vessel type, and surroundings. We recommend ordering samples before placing a bulk color order.

Can I reuse sand wax?
Yes. After burning, remove the used wick and hardened wax around it. The remaining loose wax can be reused with a new wick.
